Online Orders:

You can cancel your order for any item sold by Three Dog Bakery Columbus, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

Visit the order summary in View Order Status.  If we can find an order matching your order ID and email address, your order summary will be displayed.  Click here or help/cancel order form, complete all the applicable information, and click on the Submit Cancel Order button.

If the item you want to cancel has entered the shipping process it cannot be canceled by you or by customer service.  However, you can return certain items for a refund.  Please refer to Product Return for more information.

Canceling Gift Certificates:

Orders for e-mail and paper gift certificates cannot be canceled through Cancel Order.  If you wish to proceed with a cancellation/refund request for such an order, please please contact Customer Service to let us know how you would like to change your order.  We will do our best to fulfill your request.
